I’m Zahra, Co-Founder of Lash Pro Collective. As an established lash artist, I built my career on high standards, professionalism, and genuine care for my clients. Co-founding this brand allowed me to take that experience and create something bigger than just treatments.

I’m driven by growth and long-term vision. I focus on where the industry is going, not just where it is now. For me, Lash Pro Collective is about building a legacy brand that artists are proud to be part of, one rooted in excellence, empowerment, and real opportunity.

Molly Henderson

Co Founder

I’m Molly, Co-Founder of Lash Pro Collective. Before launching the brand, I built and ran my own salon, but I knew I wanted more, more freedom, more control, and a stronger, elevated identity within the industry.

I oversee the vision, branding, and client experience, ensuring everything we create feels premium, professional, and intentional. I’m passionate about quality, structure, and building something that lasts. For me, this brand is about confidence, independence, and raising the standard for what lash education and luxury products should be.
